Job Description
Build prototype sample Drive Units and learn every element of Drive Unit production. Train the next wave of Drive Unit Production Associates to future prototype samples and Production level packs. Set up work instructions and quality points on Drive Unit production process. Set up tiered board to measure Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People Development. Setup workstations and eliminate any safety or ergonomic issues. Work closely with Production and Design teams to identify, support root cause, and eliminate all throughput and quality-related issues. Be able to work in a team environment with a Can-do attitude. Able to carefully follow instructions to build quality in station.

Essential Skills
Familiarity with gear assembly
Experience working on EV powertrains
Experience working with complex manufacturing equipment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience creating and following instructions to build complex assemblies with precision
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and credibility, and act with complete integrity
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and diligent
Strong time management and organizational skills
Sound judgment and team problem-solving skills
Work Environment
The work environment involves setting up workstations and ensuring safety and ergonomic standards. It requires close collaboration with Production and Design teams. The role demands a Can-do attitude and the ability to follow detailed instructions to ensure quality production.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
