Check and Straightener/Press Operator (1st Shift and 2nd shift)
Job Description
Perform basic metal forming processes and ensure products meet customer specifications. Use a variety of tools to flatten, form, and shape metal parts as per Work Instructions.
Responsibilities
Use hand tools and Shrinking-Stretchers to flatten, form, and shape metal parts.
Operate manual and powered hand tools, hammers, protractors, hand sanders, and calipers.
Utilize drill presses, grinders, and various measuring tools.
Follow detailed Work Instructions to ensure product quality.
Conduct visual inspections of metal parts to ensure they meet specifications.
Essential Skills
Basic understanding of manual hand tools, powered hand tools, and various hammers.
Ability to read and interpret Work Instructions.
Experience with drill presses, grinders, and measuring tools.
Proficiency in using hand tools and Shrinking-Stretchers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Blueprint reading preferred but not required.
Experience in visual inspection of metal parts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
