WORKDAY CONFIGURATION ANALYST
Arrow Electronics is looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to internal stakeholders in HR technology solutions strictly related to Workday, with internal resources to develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. You will report to the HR Manager, Technology, and be a part of a fun, diverse team.
What will you be doing at Arrow?
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support in HR technology solutions strictly related to Workday .
Workday Modules: HCM, Absence, Time tracking and Recruiting
Serve as a strong HR Technology consultative partner to HR/Payroll teams in EMEA to enhance local operations and employee experience.
Identify and research issues/system defects (with/without guidance) and formulate resolutions/recommendations by analyzing fact patterns and applying/following standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices.
Follow Workday best practices, development standards, and guidelines.
Create test scenarios and test scripts.
Perform system testing and coordinate user testing and acceptance.
Provide resolution in accordance with due dates and documents and maintains SOP documentation and processes. Escalate issues as appropriate to Global HR Technology team.
You will be working with other internal resources to develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
Work with the HR Technology Global Team to develop and train internal clients on new processes and functionality in the Time Off and Absence Modules.
What are we looking for?
You have 3 years+ experience in a similar position within Workday HRIS system
Previous Workday configuration experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong business acumen within a technical environment
Collaborating with other departments well
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team oriented global environment and handle multiple projects
