Job Title: HR Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Plant HR Administrator to oversee workforce planning and employment processes for temporary employees. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact for temporary agencies, manage HRIS systems, assist in resolving employee relations issues, and support various HR administrative tasks. This role includes preparing and analyzing reports on payroll, labor costs, work hours, and headcount, as well as administering workers' compensation claims.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee workforce planning and employment processes for temporary employees, including interviewing applicants, managing pre-employment procedures, and handling transfers, promotions, hires, and terminations.

  • Serve as the primary contact for temporary agencies to ensure seamless coordination, payroll processing, and weekly invoice reconciliation.

  • Manage the company's HRIS system, including timesheets, payroll processing, personnel changes, and onboarding/offboarding of temporary employees.

  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and lead investigations in alignment with Corporate HR as needed.

  • Support onboarding, termination processes, company evaluations, and administrative tasks related to full-time employees as required.

  • Maintain records of employee warnings in compliance with company policies, federal, and state regulations.

  • Administer workers' compensation claims and oversee injury case management.

  • Prepare and analyze Excel reports on payroll, labor costs, work hours, and headcount on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Work Environment

This position is onsite from 9 AM to 6 PM. The role offers a 6-month contract with the potential for hire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
