Your Role in Patient Care
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients. Responsibilities include direct patient care, delegating and assigning tasks appropriately, and serving as a key leader within the care team.
This patient care team develops individualized plans based on thorough assessments, working together to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Position Highlights:
Full-time position available
Flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends (8 and 12-hour shifts)
Specialty areas include Med-Surg, OB, ED, ICU, PACU, OR, Telemetry, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Vascular Access, Medical Imaging, and Physician Practices

Qualifications
Education:
Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred (new hires may be required to complete a BSN within five years; RNs with 20+ years of experience may be eligible for certification completion instead of a BSN)
Licensing & Certifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Additional specialty certifications may be required depending on the unit
Experience & Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Competency in professional nursing practices
Knowledge of standard healthcare reporting measures
Ability to identify and respond effectively to patient care needs and emergencies
Competitive Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $34.00 to $58.74 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications.
