Job Title: PM Technician
Job Description
We are currently looking to hire PM technicians for our large campus in Goshen. You will be responsible for completing preventative maintenance on machines throughout our campus.
Responsibilities
Complete detailed PM schedule on machines throughout the campus
Work on machines such as industrial saws, hand and power tools, welders, torches, plasma cutters, hoists, material handling equipment, etc.
Grease bearings
Check oil levels on machines
Replace bad parts with new parts
Follow blueprints during maintenance tasks
Use voltmeter or multi-meter while troubleshooting machines
Perform mechanical troubleshooting on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Occasionally perform electrical troubleshooting
Collaborate with maintenance technicians on more complex breakdowns
Assist team members with various projects throughout the plant
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of mechanic experience (automotive, industrial, diesel, etc.)
Experience in preventative maintenance
Mechanical troubleshooting skills
Electrical troubleshooting skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Industrial maintenance experience
Electrical troubleshooting experience
Eagerness to learn and grow within a company

Work Environment
This is a powder coating facility that focuses on powder coating finished products from other plants in the area. Due to the nature of the powder coating lines, the work environment can be hotter and fast-paced. You will see welders, blast booths, large lay down yards, and ovens. Available shifts include: 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am), with an average work week of 40-50 hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00/yr.
