Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the 2nd shift. The candidate will work on all lathe swiss CNC machines, with responsibilities including setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines. This role involves high volume precision machining, documentation of cycle counts, and quality checks. The candidate will also be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 employees, editing programs, and understanding G and M codes.
Responsibilities
Setup equipment to zero out axis on all lathe swiss CNC machines.
Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring high volume precision machining.
Document cycle counts and perform quality checks.
Edit programs and troubleshoot as necessary.
Lead and supervise 3-4 employees on the 2nd shift.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in CNC programming and editing, with knowledge of G and M codes.
Experience with the person, the person, SwisTek, and HAAS machinery.
3+ years of experience with lathes and swiss turning.
Ability to setup and troubleshoot CNC machines.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with programming is a plus.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced automotive supplier environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
