Job Skills / Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Train new and existing team members
Assess the quality of work to ensure high standards
Assist with coordinating fill-in staff for daily coverage
Inspire the team with a positive attitude
Perform cleaning tasks when needed
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations
Attention to detail
Ability to build positive relationships with team members
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
