Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs on the converting and extrusion lines. This includes replacing or repairing hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic lines. You will also run the preventative maintenance schedule and handle additional mechanical repairs to gears, motors, drives, and bearings. Electrical experience with 480V and 3-phase motors is essential. You will troubleshoot PLC systems, specifically Siemens, and work with gears, bearings, and seals. An understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is required. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC programs, including editing, troubleshooting, and making adjustments for process improvements.
Responsibilities
Perform repairs on converting and extrusion lines.
Replace or repair hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic lines.
Run the preventative maintenance schedule.
Conduct mechanical repairs to gears, motors, drives, and bearings.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including 480V and 3-phase motors.
Troubleshoot PLC systems, specifically Siemens.
Understand and apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Edit, troubleshoot, and make adjustments to PLC programs for process improvements.

Work Environment
This is a night shift position from 6 PM to 6 AM with shifts either Sunday to Wednesday OR Wednesday to Saturday. The facility is new and clean with fully functioning maintenance rooms and brand new equipment. Teamwork is highly valued, and the facility has expanded four times in the last five years, adding at least seven new machines due to growth.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
