Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and the facilities to ensure smooth operations. Hours are pretty consistent but there will be the need for coming into the hotel for a few minutes as well as emergencies should one arise. More can be explained during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain machinery and equipment\ - Conduct repairs and maintenance on HVAC/R systems\ - Ensure compliance with safety regulations\ - Knowledge for Making standard Plumbing repairs

-Be available for assistance for desk clerks and housekeepers as well as Guests after standard hours... We can explain this at interview.

Skills:

- Some Understanding of Plumbing and some Electrical skills\ - Some Experience with precision measuring instruments\ - Some Knowledge of HVAC/R systems maintenance\ - Strong problem-solving skills\ - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: \$18.00 - \$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
