Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17 - $22 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Shipping Coordinator:
Ensure timely staging and shipment of outgoing orders
Accurately prepare and process shipments
Verify packing slips against parts and quantities ordered
Maintain and update shipping logs
Generate and prepare shipping documents based on pick tickets from customer service instructions
Develop and manage the daily shipping schedule
Prepare and print shipping labels and necessary documents
Consolidate shipping orders for efficiency
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling and shipping)
Optimize packing and shipping processes for efficiency
Ensure inventory accuracy by cross checking system entries
Adapt to evolving responsibilities, process and procedures as needed
Prepare and process daily representative paperwork for invoicing
Review, investigate and process RGA paperwork as needed
Available Shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job Requirements:
Strong attendance and work ethic
Proficiency in computer use, data entry, and completing BOL paperwork
Prior shipping and receiving experience are beneficial but not required the ability to manage a fast paced, multitasking warehouse environment is key
Ability to improve efficiency, prioritize tasks and problem solve independently
Experience in a warehouse setting ability to handle interactions with customers and drivers professionally even in challenging situations
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross functional team
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
Background check and drug screening required
