Job Title: Press Operator
Job Description
We are a specialty paper manufacturer and convertor of paper, film, cotton, and nonwoven materials. Our company has three divisions, each specializing in different products. Nexxa, our print division, focuses on flexographic printing and specialty paper products. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up the machines, changing Anixlox roles, troubleshooting, and more. This role follows a 12-hour non-rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
Responsibilities
Set up machines for production runs.
Change Anixlox roles as required.
Troubleshoot machinery and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure quality control throughout the printing process.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of flexographic printing experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting machinery.
Strong attention to detail.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
