JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance position is responsible for keeping the machines running as efficiently as possible in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Comply with Westlake Safety Policies and Procedures Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, fabrication, mechanical repairs, machine lubrication, painting, or plastering Maintains, services, and conducts minor repairs on buildings and equipment Knowledge of safety procedures and safety conscious Steady and dependable Organize, coordinate, and assist in managing the overall maintenance programs including property appearance, timely work order service and cost-effective inventory control of the properties Assist in all service areas as needed Under the direction of the Maintenance - Superintendent and the production management department, the Maintenance position will obtain knowledge for equipment maintenance servicing and scheduling, vendor interaction, and other related services Other duties as assigned Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE The employee should have the following:

High School Diploma or equivalent and training or certification in relevant skill or trade 1 - 2 years' experience in a relevant field
