Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Greenville, South Carolina

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Greenville, South Carolina, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key figure in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction through detailed attention to customer inquiries, coordination with team members, and maintenance of departmental Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.

• Attend to email correspondence promptly and professionally.

• Participate in aligning team activities to meet customer needs, in collaboration with various team members.

• Ensure all shipping and receiving processes are executed without error.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in Service Management (SM8).

• Take responsibility for accurate data entry and order processing.

• Regularly update and uphold the department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize relevant information.

• Schedule appointments as necessary to ensure timely service.

• Pursue customer satisfaction through diligent communication and follow-ups. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy

• Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service environment

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively

• Proven ability in data entry with high levels of accuracy and speed

• Ability to handle email correspondence promptly and professionally

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience in order entry, ensuring customer orders are accurately logged and processed
