Job Description:

This position is responsible for performing Lead Change Management activities and/or supervising the overall Change Management effort for a project. This role reports to the Control Team Leader on a large project.

• Lead and develop Change Management resources.

• Develop, implement, and direct the total Change Management program.

• Develop an understanding of all baseline documents in concert with the Project Team to assist in Change / Trend identification.

• Analyze variances in cost or schedule performance against the baseline, document the Change/Trend, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management

• Conduct Weekly Change Management Review Meetings

• Prepare Change Management Reports for Weekly and Monthly issue

• Other duties as assigned
