Eaton Corporation HRBP Supervisor - Benefits/Compliance in Haina, Dominican Republic
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a HRBP Supervisor - Benefits/Compliance.
What you’ll do:
Job summary
This position is responsible for supporting the HR function with activities related to: benefits administration with 3rd party vendor, process improvement, data analytics and compliance
Job resposnibilties
Manage contractors (cafeteria, cooperativa, health insurance, transportation and medical unit) and ensure optimal service levels for employees.
Review and update benefits/compliance policies.
Administer health & wellbeing programs and their effectiveness
Administer talent analytics and gain insights to improve decision making for the organization to better attract, engage and develop employees.
Administer vacations program is properly paid and enjoyed by both hourly and salary employees. Ensure visibility through reporting, controls and planning.
Lead annual HR standard work for physical inventory.
Lead annual HR standard for health, safety and wellbeing week.
Administer employees uniforms: budgeting, planning, purchasing, assignment.
Lead processes such as Back to School (benefit for employees children’s).
Ensure site compliance with the Global Hours police and working hours local regulations.
Inclusion of employees with disabilities, Supporting the recruitment process, onboarding, certification and reporting.
Support the annual performance development process with: calibrations support, reporting, process checks.
Conduct employee data audits to ensure employee and job information are correct.
Review monthly HC with Finance Manager and submit projections for budgeting purposes.
Participate in the ECIS (Eaton Continuous Improvement System) by implementing 5S, Kaizens, Problem Resolution, etc.
Evaluate and implement alternate benefits in inclusive of all generations.
Review, audit employees' benefits information, working closely with HRServices.
Support local iERG events.
Support admin processing and filing of the flexible work solutions program
Qualifications:
Education level required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related areas
Years and area of experience required SB06:
minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience
SB07: minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience
Technical knowledge
Advanced in English & Spanish
Power BI, Microsoft Office, database related apps, Power Apps, Kronos, SAP (preferable)
Knowledge: labor relations, dominican law, compensation practices, talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, internal communications
