The responsibilities of this role are as follows:•Supervise and train a team of Weatherization Technicians in performing pipe insulation,weatherization, LED bulb replacement, thermostat installation, air sealing, and heating/cooling.•Coordinate the work schedule and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion ofweatherization projects.•Perform a physically demanding role, which includes entering small, tight spaces suchas attics and crawlspaces, as well as carrying heavy equipment.•Promote a positive and professional manner upon entering a customer’s home.
