GCyber Deskside Support Technician (Tier 2) in Hampton Roads, Virginia
GCyber is seeking a Deskside Support Technician, to support a high profile DISA customer. You will be working with a team to provide end user support relative to software, hardware, and network assistance.
As the Deskside Support Technician, you will:
Provide Tier 2 technical support, resolve customer issues, and escalate when necessary.
Utilize ITIL best practices to enhance and optimize the services provided to end users.
Develop and report on performance metrics, ensuring continuous service improvement and team feedback.
Manage and optimize Service Desk resources, staff performance, and technical development.
Coordinate with IT support teams to enhance service delivery and meet customer requirements.
Minimum Qualifications and Expereince:
Active DoD Secret security clearance
DoD 8570 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA – Security, CySA+. GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP)
Strong Customer service skills
ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred.
