Job Title: General Production Laborers
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Front/Back End Laborers responsible for maintaining cleanliness and operating production machinery in our manufacturing facility. The role includes housekeeping, operating bodymakers and trimmers, performing quality inspections, and assisting with coil changes.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping in the front-end area, including sweeping, mopping, wiping equipment, and picking up cans and metal scrap.
Performing quality inspections such as wall thickness measurement, dome depth measurements, and visual attribute inspections.
Performing quality inspections including trimmed height, visual attribute inspections, and cut edge inspections.
Assisting with coil changes and cup visual attribute inspections.
Loading coils to be run, documenting equipment downtime, and entering quality checks in the computer system.
Essential Skills
Experience in production and general labor.
Proficiency with hand tools.
Experience in quality inspection and sanitation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Manufacturing experience.
Willingness to perform janitorial duties.
Strong quality control experience.

Work Environment
This role is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility. Candidates must wear safety glasses and hearing protection due to the loud nature of the machinery.
Hours & Pay
1st shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm $17/hr
3rd shift: Monday-Friday 11pm-7:30am $19/hr
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
