PDS Tech Inc Quality Inspector in Hartford, Connecticut

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for an Aircraft Inspector, Quality in Hartford, CT.

Job Title: Quality Inspector, 2nd shift

Job Type: Full time; Temp - Hire

Payrate: $40.00 - $45.00

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and document airworthiness and quality standards for maintenance, repair, and alterations.

  • Conduct inspections using precision tools and tracking systems (e.g., CAMPS, AVTRAC).

  • Inspect incoming parts for damage, conformity, and proper documentation.

  • Complete work packages and regulatory paperwork (e.g., FAA, CAA).

  • Conduct final walk-around inspections and return-to-service verifications.

  • Provide technical guidance to customers and mentor team members.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in aircraft maintenance, with 2+ years in corporate/commercial jets.

  • A&P Certification required; own a basic tool set.

  • Knowledge of FAA regulations, return-to-service procedures, and regulatory documentation.

  • Strong skills in mentoring and training team members.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
