Job Title: Production Helper
Job Description
This role is for a Production Helper. You will be trained on various machines and eventually trained to be an operator. Responsibilities will be assigned based on your strengths and may include working with press brakes, PEM machines (similar to spot welding), or laser machines. You may also perform tasks such as packaging, palletizing, loading and unloading trucks, and managing inventory and stocking.
Responsibilities
Operate and be trained on various machines, including press brakes, PEM machines, and laser machines.
Perform tasks within the warehouse including packaging, palletizing, loading and unloading trucks, and inventory and stocking.
Assist with general labor tasks as needed.
Ensure all work areas are clean and organized.
Essential Skills
Experience as a machine operator or in a warehouse environment.
General labor skills.
Proven reliability and strong attendance record.
Mechanic background or interest in manufacturing for entry-level candidates.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift experience is a plus.

Work Environment
1st shift (7:00 am-3:30 pm), Monday through Friday. The work environment is very clean and organized with a mild climate.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
