We are currently looking to hire a passionate Sales representative Laboratory Diagnostics - French and Dutch speaking to grow our business in Belgium.
About the role:
Within a defined geographical area, you will ensure the development of sales of the range of laboratory analysers (biochemistry, hematology, urine analysers, etc.) to a clientele composed mainly of veterinary clinics and practices.
Main responsibilities:
Sales and business development within your defined geographical area, selling our range of laboratory analysers (biochemistry, hematology, urine analysers, etc.) to our clients composed mainly of veterinary clinics and practices.
Maintain, retain and develop the existing customer portfolio.
Develop, in collaboration with your manager, a growth strategy for the area for which you are responsible.
Build and implement a prospecting plan in this territory, in line with the commercial strategy.
Ensure the discovery of needs and the presentation of adapted solutions with high added value products.
Negotiate assertively to achieve or even exceed your objectives.
Attend relevant trade shows and exhibitions.
Experience and skills:
Proven sales experience, ideally of investment goods and/or medical/paramedical or veterinary equipment in a complex and competitive environment.
Fluency or business professional Dutch, French and English language.
Ability to negotiate.
Able to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Strong communication skills.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Power Point, Excel) are essential for the position.
Driving licence and ability to drive within your chosen territory.
