Actalent Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Hermitage, Tennessee
Actalent is currently partnering with a facility in the Hermitage area in need of a Registered Nurse to join their team for a Clinical Coordinator role. Please see below for details and qualifications!
Description
Under the general supervision of the unit's director, the CNC is responsible for directing and coordinating all unit functions during their designated shifts
In collaboration with other management team members, this individual continuously assesses the quality of patient care services provided in the unit
Assist with admission and discharge processes
Work with subject matter experts and the leadership team to support improved outcomes and service
Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance and engagement
Help with staff scheduling.
Skills & Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
ACLS with 30 days of hire
NIHSS Stroke Certification within 30 days of hire
Candidate must have previous Charge Nurse experience to be considered
Experience Level
Intermediate Level
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $71219.20 - $95160.00/yr.
