Position Duties: Lead a team of employees on commercial and residential waterproofing projects, overseeing daily operations to meet goals. Conduct safety meetings to prevent workplace accidents and ensure compliance. Attend weekly meetings with general contractors to report on project updates and progress. Assist in fire inspections and water testing at current waterproofing sites. Lead weekly company safety meetings for employees to reinforce safety protocols. Prepare and present estimates for general contractors' consideration. Perform weekly inventory checks to ensure all necessary materials are available for waterproofing projects. Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
