Adecco US, Inc. Tool & Die Maintenance Technician 2nd shift in High Point, North Carolina
Join our team as a Tool Room Technician and be at the heart of our die cast operation! We're seeking skilled individuals to ensure our production floor runs smoothly by maintaining and repairing die cast dies, trim dies, and fixtures. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are ready to take on diverse tasks, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to die cast and trim dies on the production floor.
Service and repair dies and fixtures using precision measuring tools to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize a variety of machinery, including drills, grinders, lathes, and more.
Perform welding tasks as needed to maintain equipment.
Manage core and punch inventory efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
Adapt to changing job duties through cross-training as required.
Complete daily paperwork accurately and on time.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing.
High School Diploma preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to read blueprints.
Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
Apprenticeship and/or two years of related experience preferred.
