Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in a custom manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating CNC mills or lathes, inspecting parts during manufacturing, and ensuring consistent quality. This role involves working with a variety of industries including semiconductor, electronics, optical, and energy.
Responsibilities
Set up and run CNC mills.
Inspect first-run products and make necessary adjustments in collaboration with Quality Control.
Inspect parts during manufacturing to maintain consistent quality.
Create fixtures and clamps for jobs as needed.
Machine parts and compare them to blueprints to ensure accuracy.
Perform secondary operations such as tapping and deburring.
Essential Skills
3+ years of machining experience with CNC mills or lathes.
Experience performing set-ups (1-4 set-ups per day).
Ability to make minor edits on machines using Fanuc Controls.
Proficiency with vertical and horizontal mills.
Experience with inspection of parts and reading blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Possess your own precision measuring tools.
Ability to read blueprints and written instructions.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.

Work Environment
Work in an air-conditioned machine shop. Shifts available:
Days (Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm),
Swing (Monday - Thursday, 4:15pm - 2:45am)
Weekend (Friday - Sunday, 5am - 5:30pm)
