Join us as our new Senior QA IT Compliance Specialist… Our Global Quality Systems team is a part of our Global Quality Management & Systems area. We are an integral part of Global Operations and committed to delivering robust and compliance IT Systems and Quality processes that aligns with and support of business strategy.
Welcome to the Global Quality Systems team… We are looking for a Senior QA IT Compliance Specialist that can take on a global role working from our Hørsholm site
We are working very closely with IT and business functions across Novonesis to secure complaint and efficient quality systems. The right candidate must be able to work with IT QA and compliance under a wide range of biosolution products that can be governed by different statutory requirements.
We are improving and implementing many new IT systems and processes and with your deep expertise, you will help shape best practices, standardize processes, and contribute to the scalability and efficiency of our compliance frameworks.
While the team emphasizes on-site presence, you can over time enjoy a certain flexibility, with the option to work from home occasionally after a successful onboarding. You will refer to the Head of Global Quality Systems.
In this role you’ll make an impact by: Being a QA Reviewer, a key advisor and hands-on Subject Matter Expert on matters related to compliance, systems validation and quality assurance. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization will be essential in driving compliance excellence.
Your main tasks will include:
Represent GQS on assigned computerized systems projects and provide quidance and direction
Conduct IT QA Review of IT systems compliance, validation and Standard Operating Procedures
Participate in System Management tasks on validatation and data integrity
Support and troubleshooting on systems owned by the department
Other tasks will be:
Write, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
Perform audits and assist during audits and inspections of Quality Management Systems
Ad hoc tasks
To succeed you must hold: We value candidates with 5+ years of experience in computer system validation, holding at least a bachelor’s degree in Nature Science, IT, or a related field. A strong quality mindset is paramount. Ideally, you are professionally strongly routed in IT Compliance, Validation and Part 11/GAMP.
Furthermore, you have exceptional stakeholder management skills, are capable of fostering cross-functional relationships, thanks to your outgoing and service-oriented nature.
Finally, you are passionate about delivering high-quality service as well as being capable of working both independently and collaboratively. You have a proactive approach, sharp analytical skills, attention to details. Structured thinking is essential, especially when managing multiple tasks and adhering to tight deadline. #LI-Hybrid
