Job Description
- Operates the coating booth
- Applies thermal spray to complex gas turbine components per OEM drawings while maintaining safety as the top priority
- Performs quality inspections throughout the coating process
- Meets all engineering requirements to maintain the highest quality standards
- Ability to edit and write programs from scratch using FANUC programming

Skills Required
- 8+ years of experience
- Exceptional coating/mechanical background
- Require ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and other material-moving equipment
- Superior knowledge of coating operations, coating equipment, fixtures, and parameters for the coating process
- Ability to work with no supervision and instruction
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
