Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, or finished products according to well-defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical, and/or electrical measurements. The role involves inspecting work-in-process and finished products on the manufacturing floor, reviewing quality batch records after production runs, and reworking or rejecting subassemblies or finished products as necessary. Additionally, you will conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards, and accurately document the results of inspections and testing. Maintaining control document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner, assisting in writing and updating inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists, and evaluating problems to make initial recommendations for corrective actions are also key responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, or finished products using standard measurements
Inspect work-in-process and finished products on the manufacturing floor
Review quality batch records following production runs
Rework or reject subassemblies or finished products as required
Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures
Accurately document inspection and testing results
Maintain control document files and test records
Assist in writing and updating inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists
Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for corrective actions
Work with Production Management and quality control to provide feedback to assemblers
Review product packaging records and other documentation for compliance to established procedures

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
