Job Description
We are seeking 4 skilled Plumbing Technician to expertly install, service, repair, and offer replacement options for plumbing systems and components at our client sites. The role involves providing clients with multiple options to improve their health, comfort, safety, and convenience needs. The ideal candidate will maintain a neat work area, test systems/components after work completion, and ensure client satisfaction.
PAY:$30-$40
Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair plumbing systems and components.
Provide clients with 3 to 6 options to improve their health, comfort, safety, and convenience needs.
Wear floor savers and maintain a neat work area while performing tasks.
Test each system/component after work to ensure proper functionality and avoid call backs.
Explain all work performed to the client and ensure their complete satisfaction.
Utilize all proper safety tools/equipment and follow safe driving practices.
Complete and submit all required paperwork, including work orders, option sheets, pictures, purchase orders, and timecards.
Attend and participate in training meetings and skill practice sessions.
Follow appropriate communication touchpoints with the customer, dispatch, and/or service manager.
Sticker all appropriate components in the home.
Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, clean, and neat, and park to utilize the impact of the moving billboard whenever possible.
Keep the truck properly stocked with necessary items, including job packets/paperwork, special order parts, and tools.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of plumbing experience (commercial/residential).
3-5 years of installation experience (boilers, fixtures).
Strong customer service skills.
Journeyman or Master Plumbing certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with construction, blueprint reading, installation, carpentry, and piping.

Work Environment
Work involves both residential and commercial buildings, including new constructions. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with on-call duties every other weekend.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
Health dental PTO, there will also be incentive based projects based on completion of work.

This is a fully onsite position in Humble,TX.
