Duties and Responsibilities

• Operational Efficiency & Modernization: Analyze and recommend improvements to utilization management, care management, and clinical operations overall to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative burden.

• Technology-Enabled Process Improvement: Partner with IT and operational leaders to assess AI and automation opportunities, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows.

• Clinical Performance Optimization: Evaluate key clinical utilization and care management processes to identify gaps, reduce errors, and improve member outcomes while improving admin efficiency

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with clinical, operational, and technology teams to develop recommendations that advance our people, process, and technology transformation.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytical tools to assess operational performance and propose metrics-driven solutions.

• Strategic Execution: Develop recommendations and present findings to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Undergraduate students must be a junior or senior at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program. Graduate students must be enrolled at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program.

• Will not require sponsorship for employment

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA from an accredited school
