Healthfirst IT Product Intern - 2025 Summer Internship in Hybrid, New York
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate with intellectual curiosity and critically assess existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement
Hold oneself accountable for the accuracy, completeness, quality, and relevance of deliverables in order to own responsibility for work product and consider these factors in the end-to-end marketing and communication business process, from data gathering to analysis to formatting and presentation
Work daily with scrum teams to refine, groom, and accept stories and bugs for implementation
Document and escalate issues as appropriate
Exhibit collaborative attitude, willingness to work with others on data projects that included working team(s) made of cross departmental/interdisciplinary users
Ability to align and motivate a team to achieve objectives
Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders
Additional duties as assigned

Healthfirst Internship Program Requirements:
Undergraduate students must be a junior or senior at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program. Graduate students must be enrolled at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program.
Will not require sponsorship for employment
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA from an accredited school
Knowledge of project management concepts
