JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for inspection of aerospace manufactured product to verify conformance to engineering Drawings/Specifications/Standard specifications. Must comply with internal quality system, business policies, and regulatory requirements and supports business goals and objectives
Responsible for verifying first articles are approved to latest revisions and experience with generating inspection reports and FAI reports
Responsible for verifying all final inspection tasks were completed correctly, and reporting findings to the quality management staff
.* Knowledge of QMS, NACAP, and AS9100
Work with others in a teamwork atmosphere and maintains work-station cleanliness on daily basis
Experienced reading and understand blueprints, travelers/routers, and work instructions
Can utilize basic shop math skills to aid with tolerancing and obtaining measurements of product
Basic knowledge of GD&T tolerancing
Basic understanding of utilizing an ERP system
Ability to Multi-task and capable of working with minimal supervision to support manufacturing needs
Basic Understanding in issuing Nonconforming Reports
Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen
High School Diploma or Higher
At least 5 years experience related to precision manufacturing and inspection (Aerospace Industry with emphasis
Must be detailed oriented
Previous experience with inspection
Aerospace industry experience is a plus
Ability to interact with people on the floor, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups
Good analytical, writing and communication skills
