Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to oversee and optimize our assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will lead by example, working alongside the warehouse team to ensure efficient packing, shipping, and receiving processes. This role requires a proactive individual committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly Line Oversight: Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the assembly line, ensuring tasks are performed correctly and efficiently.
Team Leadership: Work closely with warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Quality Control: Monitor packing and shipping processes to maintain product quality and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Inventory Management: Oversee receiving operations, ensuring incoming shipments are accurately counted and stored appropriately.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse operations and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
