Kelly Services Accounts Receivable Clerk in Irving, Texas
KELLY Service is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk , to be the primary point of contact for customers regarding their invoices, payments, and account collections. Ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Making bank deposits Accounts receivable clerks create bank statements for companies when clients submit payments in the form of cash or checks
Creating invoices for clients Organizations issue invoices to clients to indicate that they owe payment
Documenting transactions
Assist in gathering information for monthly financial reporting?
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
EDUCATION/EXPERTISE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3-5 years in accounts receivable
Experience in FileBound and Microsoft Dynamics SL a plus
Skill and ability in the use of a personal computer and software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) with strong Excel skills
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records
Advanced in EXCEL and PowerBI
Must be familiar with GAAP?
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/ETC:
Accurately process invoices monthly, ensuring timely and accurate receipts and reconciliations
Improve automation and workflow improvement
Assist in the implementation of new a new accounts receivables system
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
