Adroit Associates, Inc. has multiple openings for the position of IT Project Manager (Ref# ITPM520AP). To work in Iselin, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.Job Duties: Initiate, plan, schedule, design, execute, monitor, and provide support for various IT projects. Serve as a liaison between business, vendors, and technical groups. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Create or update detailed project management and execution plans for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, and schedules. Utilize established software / systems development and project management techniques. Create project documentation such as systems requirements and flow diagrams. Capture requirements and ensure requirement traceability throughout the project life-cycle. Coordinate vendor involvement and support for hardware and software. Implement and drive adoption of tools and processes to effectively manage the delivery of IT projects. Perform resource planning to ensure proper staffing of approved projects. Work collaboratively with all project stakeholders and partners to ensure the solutions address the requirements. Assist with the creation of project charters and business cases, follow project methodology, provide project artifacts, escalate risks and issues, and deliver projects with support of the IT PMO (project management office). Provide reporting on project priorities, status, and risks. Responsible for the successful closure and delivery of projects on time, on budget, in scope, and to the required quality and success specifications. Facilitate discussions between IT and business leaders to ensure alignment of the project investments. Conduct post-project assessment to capture learnings and ensure continuous improvement on tools and methodologies. Use of SDLC (software development life-cycle), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile-Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, JIRA, Confluence, Rally / CA Agile Central, HP ALM, Tableau, SharePoint, MS Visio, MS Project, and/or MS Office. Travel and/or relocation required.REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Plus 6 months of experience in the job offered or 6 months in a related occupation including Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Scrum Master, or related experience.
