HR Admin & Recruitment Specialist/ Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, including but not limited to contracts and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, documents, and policies.
Coordinate employee benefits, leave management, and other administrative functions.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Administrate and maintain applicant tracking system
Increase candidate pool by relevant employer branding activities (e.g., LinkedIn, university collaborations)
Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on appropriate platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with relevant managers/partners for further assessments.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
- Employee Engagement and Support:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve HR efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR administration and recruitment. (min 4 years)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.
Proficiency in English
