Racker Residential Regional Director in Ithaca, New York
Overview
A Residential Regional Director will develop, organize, and provide leadership for a group of IRAs, serving as a mentor for assigned staff, and setting a tone for the program which is respectful of staff, service recipients, and others.
Salary Range: $68,000-$75,000
Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring that all relevant laws, rules, and OPWDD regulations are complied with.
Qualifications
Master's degree and a minimum of three years of experience in one of the following areas: management/supervision, residential programming, special education, childhood development or social work.
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, and experience with a relevant population, preferably in a residential setting.
QIDP qualifications preferred.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
