Robert Half Desktop Support Technician in Jacksonville, Florida
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Technician in Jacksonville, Florida. The Desktop Support Technician will provide comprehensive technical assistance to our team, dealing with hardware issues, printer support, and general IT support.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical assistance for the Windows operating system
• Handle desktop related issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Provide support for hardware-related concerns
• Address and resolve printer-related problems
• Perform general IT support tasks efficiently
• Operate multi-line phone systems effectively
• Assist with Avaya systems and phone operations
• Maintain and troubleshoot phone system and phone voice issues Requirements • Applicants must hold a minimum of one year of experience in a Desktop Support Technician role or similar.
• Proficiency in using Avaya is a must.
• Candidates should possess experience and knowledge in handling Multi-line Phone Systems.
• Demonstrated ability in Phone Operations is required.
• Familiarity with Phone System is a prerequisite for this role.
