Machine Operator
Job Description
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production process. The role requires standing on your feet throughout the day, loading sleeves of aluminum lids into the machine, starting and stopping the machine, conducting visual quality checks during flavor changes, filling out paperwork, and cleaning the floor around the machine. Once trained, you may also be required to open the machine to remove jams.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain machinery used in the production process.
Stand on feet throughout the day.
Load sleeves of aluminum lids into the machine.
Start and stop the machine as needed.
Conduct visual quality checks during flavor changes (twice per shift).
Fill out necessary paperwork.
Clean the floor around the machine using a hose and broom.
Open the machine to remove jams once trained.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience as a machine operator.
Manufacturing experience.
Physical ability to stand and load the machine.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work well with the team.
Reliability and excellent attendance.

Shift
12 hour shift 6pm-6am - 2-2-3 schedule
Day shift is 6am-6pm - 2-2-3 schedule
Can pick up OT with shifts people call out
Will train on days for 2 weeks
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
