QPS EMPLOYMENT GROUP Forklift in JANESVILLE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Stack and store merchandise in designated areas using a forklift, clamp, and push-pull equipment - Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations - Pull and prepare products for shipment - Ensure that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped - Perform picking duties in an efficient manner meeting customer service standards - Move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers - Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods - Maintain appropriate records and report to guarantee inventory control and security - Assist in physical inventories - Ensure proper stock rotation - Conduct cycle counts as requested - Excel knowledge plus general computer knowledge - Basic safety understanding in operating equipment - Report safety concerns to management in a timely manner - Report inventory discrepancies to inventory control team and assist in resolution - Complete inspection form prior to operating equipment - Use RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - At least 3 months of forklift experience and/or using warehouse distribution equipment - Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours - Lift and/or pull 50lbs without restriction - Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head - Walking in the DC and around area with great frequency, facilities are over a quarter mile in length - Work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variation; and able to access all areas of building without limitations - Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed - Able to get Forklift Certified - Attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and basic math skills ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: janesvilleresumes@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/734280 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
