Job Description:
8+ Years of experience in Salesforce domain, preferably 2+ yrs in Banking and Insurance FSC implementation projects
Candidate should have strong Salesforce knowledge with experience in Salesforce implementation projects as Lead/Senior Role
Hands on experience in Apex Programming , OmniStudio , REST APIs
Design and implement secure and scalable business solutions in Salesforce FSC CRM.
Collaborate with architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
Salesforce Certification like Java Developer/PD1/Platform developer/OmniStudio Developer/Service
Deep understanding of FSC data model, Salesforce FSC certification preferred
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Salesforce Data Security, and Salesforce Mobile App.
Knowledge of AI and Agentforce will be desirable
Familiarity with integration management, data migration solutions, release management process and real-time data synchronization.
Good understanding of BFSI domain – desirable
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 5/15/2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
