Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX Designer with strong experience in wireframing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for user-centered design and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Figma is mandatory.

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to design user-friendly interfaces.

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.

  • Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to iterate and improve designs.

  • Ensure design consistency across all platforms and devices.

  • Present and articulate design concepts to team members and stakeholders.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • The ability to listen to and communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including other professionals, senior colleagues and users.

  • The ability to work in a team alongside professionals with different areas of expertise.

  • Evaluating existing sites and products for usability

  • Working with clients and colleagues to plan and implement new UX projects

  • Carrying out research into users’ needs

  • Developing personas, user stories and other resources that capture users’ needs

  • Using specialist software to create mock-ups and prototypes

  • Organizing and running user testing

  • Making recommendations and planning changes based on user feedback

  • Exploring and implementing other ways to gather and incorporate users’ feedback

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.

  • Strong experience in Figma is a must for this role.

  • Experience/proficiency in other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

  • The ability to listen to and communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including other professionals, senior colleagues and users.

  • Excellent coding skills.

  • Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.

  • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

  • Willingness to learn continually and to apply what you’ve learned.

The base salary range for this position is $91,457- $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
