Role: Position will perform carton stacking in the converting department, cleaning and sanitation work in accordance with external quality audit standards. You will be involved in product inspection, sorting, packaging and product identification,as well as tagging and labeling of individual pallets. This will include the logging of information pertaining to production reporting and tracking, and the stocking of supplies as needed on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities
*Must be willing and able to work each shift,* including overtime and be available for weekends (Saturdays as needed) with a max of 12hours/day- shift preference not guaranteed as this is configured by classification seniority
Ability to work independently and within a team
Able to meet Safety and Quality standards within the organization
Desire for a manufacturing career. Machine operating experience is a plus
Ability to work scheduled shifts, standing, kneeling, climbing and walking for extended periods of time; capable of repetitive gripping, pinching, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling with weight ranges up to 50 pounds; ability to perform repeated twisting, bending and reaching; exposure to hot and/or humid environments, working on ladders and confined spaces
Work Safely at all times following all safety rules, procedures, and policies
Follow all Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Procedures & Processes
Monitor production process and carry out all quality checks
Maintain clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Manufacturing experience and familiarity working with machines
High levels of physical agility, mobility and endurance
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience using tools
Sound judgment and decision making
Basic math and computer skills required
Excellent attendance and demonstrated commitment to excellent job performance
Ability to detect colors and shades, color-blindness is a disqualifier
Attention to detail
Ability to read, write and follow instructions
Takes the initiative and does not require excessive supervision
Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation in accomplishing all tasks
Willingness to work weekends and different shifts as needed
