Responsibilities As a Service Manager, youll be a leader in a high-performance culture. Youll put your proven leadership skills to work in developing and motivating your team to deliver top-notch service to every customer. Youll blend industry knowledge with interpersonal skills to demonstrate how to earn customer trust with know-how and empathy. An excellent communicator, youre prepared for heavy customer and employee engagement. In addition to supporting the growth and success of the business, youll lend a hand with community service projects that improve where you live and work. You will Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training Motivate the service team to consistently provide the worlds best service, prioritizing safety Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management Lead training meetings Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed course of action, and delivery of outstanding empathetic customer service every time Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services and technology Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity What type of benefits will you receive?
