Ultimate LLC Machine Operator in Kansas City, Kansas

Machine Operator

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring a Machine Operator for production projects in the Kansas City area. The pay range is competitive and based on experience. All machine operators are scheduled 40 hours a week (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM). We are seeking skilled, safety-conscious individuals to join our team of dedicated and productive professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

  • Operate production machinery including Programmable Plasma Table, Programmable Steel Saw, Programmable Angle Master, Programmable Plate Roller, Press Brakes, Drill Press, and Iron Worker

  • Set up manufacturing equipment by loading cut programs

  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and written kitting SWI instructions

  • Handle materials, including moving steel kits to fabrication areas and parts from WIP to assembly

  • Unload trucks and track steel inventory (including remnants)

  • Assist with plate rolling, assembly, and transferring parts/weldments between facilities

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on manufacturing equipment

  • Organize fabrication kit areas and manage scrap bins/trash dumpsters

  • Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Ultimate Trade Requirements

  • 18+ years of age

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

  • 3+ years of industrial machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years of experience using computerized machinery

  • Prior OSHA and MSHA training required

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and future random drug testing

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools

  • Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs without assistance
