Job Title: Maintenance Engineer- Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer- Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting Siemens controls, handling basic inputs and outputs, and performing repairs on sensors, photoeyes, conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes. This role requires expertise in vibration analysis and ultrasonic testing to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Siemens controls with a focus on basic inputs and outputs.
Repair and troubleshoot sensors, photoeyes, conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
Perform vibration analysis and ultrasonic testing.
Conduct preventive maintenance and repair tasks.
Work with electrical systems, including PLCs and VFDs.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in troubleshooting Siemens controls.
Experience with sensors, photoeyes, conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
Vibration analysis and ultrasonic testing skills.
Strong electrical maintenance technician skills.
Ability to conduct preventive maintenance and repairs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical skills.
