Accountant for Optimums LLC in Kent, WA 98032. 1) Handle full-cycle accts payable & receivable, incl posting payments, entering credit memos, & reconciling aging reports. 2) Record purchase orders, set up new accts, & reconcile transactions. 3) Manage inventory valuation & maintain average cost. 4) Assist w/ budget prep'n & monitoring by gathering info, setting goals, estimating revenues, & allocating resources. 5) Establish performance metrics, track actual expenses, & forecast future expenses. 6) Review & recommend modifications to acctg systems & procedures. 7) Perform mthly & qtrly bookkeeping, prep fin'l stmts, & manage payroll & tax returns. 8) File reqd tax forms w/ federal, state, & local agencies.
