Robert Half Senior Staff Accountant in Ketchum, Idaho
Description
Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for an exciting opportunity in Ketchum, Idaho? Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is partnering with a well-respected company to find a Senior Staff Accountant to join their team onsite. In this role, you will play a vital part in financial operations by preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance, managing balance sheet reconciliations, and overseeing journal entries, accruals, and month-end closings for multiple entities. You will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support key business decisions while working closely with auditors, tax professionals, and external advisors to maintain compliance and ensure accurate reporting.
What You Can Expect:
Family Office Accounting – Manage financial records for multiple entities, including individuals, trusts, and business partnerships.
Balance Sheet Reconciliation – Maintain accuracy across various accounts and ledgers.
Investment Reporting & Analysis – Work with Morgan Stanley and external advisors to support financial planning.
Cash Management – Oversee cash flow projections, reporting, and intercompany transfers.

Requirements
What You Need:
Accounting/Finance degree
Direct accounting experience
Proficiency in AgilLink, QuickBooks, Paychex, and Excel is a plus!
