Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team for the night shift, working Friday through Sunday. This unique schedule offers the opportunity to work 36 hours per week while receiving pay for 40 hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise, particularly with CNC machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive electrical troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Work with and maintain controls, including Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi systems.
Troubleshoot and read Allen Bradley PLCs using Ladder Logic.
Conduct electrical diagnostics ranging from 24V to 480V systems.
Execute mechanical troubleshooting on a variety of machinery.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure proper equipment functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a machine shop production environment.
In-depth knowledge of machining processes, including lathe and mill operations.
Familiarity with the setup and maintenance of industrial automation systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
